Qunka Invest puts time and money into projects that help Cuenca grow. We run a free art gallery in the old town, help Americans invest in the region, and are renovating a home for a couple who chose to retire here. We do it for the city, not for profit.
Qunka Invest dedica tiempo y recursos a proyectos que ayudan a Cuenca a crecer. Gestionamos una galería de arte gratuita en el casco antiguo, ayudamos a estadounidenses a invertir en la zona y rehabilitamos una vivienda para una pareja que ha elegido Cuenca para su jubilación. Lo hacemos por la ciudad, no por beneficio económico.

Espacio Eden is a 100 m² courtyard in Cuenca's old town, enclosed by stone walls and open to the sky. Any artist can show their work here. It costs nothing to exhibit and nothing to visit.
Espacio Eden es un patio de 100 m² en el casco antiguo de Cuenca, rodeado de muros de piedra y abierto al cielo. Cualquier artista puede exponer aquí su obra. Exponer es gratis, y visitarla también.
We run the gallery because art keeps a city alive. Cuenca has made room for artists since the 1960s, and we want that to continue.
Gestionamos la galería porque el arte mantiene viva una ciudad. Cuenca abre espacio a los artistas desde los años sesenta, y queremos que siga siendo así.

We are renovating an apartment in the Rascacielos on Calle Alfonso VIII, the colorful street that climbs to the Plaza Mayor. It is for a couple from Poland, both over 75, who fell in love with Cuenca and want to spend their golden years here.

Before it was Cuenca, the city was Qūnka, its name in al-Andalus. We chose that name because our work is about Cuenca's long history and what comes next.
Antes de llamarse Cuenca, la ciudad fue Qūnka, su nombre en al-Ándalus. Elegimos ese nombre porque nuestro trabajo tiene que ver con la larga historia de Cuenca y con lo que está por venir.
Eden came to Cuenca as a visitor and found her home. Fifteen minutes after she arrived, she knew she never wanted to leave.
